Keylite Hi-Therm Double Glazed Premium Electric Kit White Painted Centre Pivot Pitched Roof Windows. The Pitched Roof Window can easily be operated by using an electric remote and has a solar sensor. Hi-Therm (HT) – Double glazed, toughened outer pane, argon gas filled cavity, laminated inner pane with enhanced noise reduction. The centre pivot style brings more light into your room thanks to its new streamlined hood, flashing and timber profiles.
This Keylite Pitched Roof Window features a new low profile hood with a more sculptured design, enhancing its appearance in the roof. This Pitched Roof Window has a unique thermal collar which is activated by simply pulling the release tabs. This gives fast and easy insulation, combating cold bridging. It has a warm edge glazing unit to enhance the thermal performance and reduce condensation. Flick-Fit brackets are pre-fitted so you can lift the window straight from the box on to the roof and then simply select for tile or slate. Dual purpose, easy to use full width handle with ventilation flap. This offers ventilation in a secure locked position or opens the window fully.
Manual operation is standard with use of the ventilation handle, located along the top of the sash. Easy to clean outer pane: rotate the sash 180 degrees and lock in position with the sliding the barrel bolt. Suitable for any roof with a pitch of 15 degrees-90 degrees.
