A dual function Top Hung or Centre Pivot PVC pitched roof window with a Conservation exterior. Meet planning requirements in conservation areas. Also for the development of historic buildings. A black central mullion bar is featured on the window. Further black external covers complete the traditional look. External aluminum Black color reference RAL 9005. Ideal for areas with high or extended levels of humidity such as shower rooms or laundry rooms.

Fakro PreSelect windows are a new generation of roof windows with two separate opening functions of the sash: Top Hung and Centre Pivot. Separate opening functions provide sash stability, increased safety and easy cleaning. The Top Hung function enables the sash to be opened in any position from 0 to 35°. This gives easy access to the the open window. Also, this increases the usable area and provides unrestricted views to the outside. The pivot function enables the sash to be rotated through 180 °and is used when cleaning the outer pane or operating an awning blind.
Double Glazed construction from outside to inside = 4H-Tg15Ar-33.2T – The outer pane is a 4mm toughened glass, 15mm warm TGI spacer filled with inert Argon gas, The 6.8mm internal pane is an anti-burglary class of laminate 33.2 (class P2A, EN 356,1(B)1 wg EN 12600), complete with a low emission coating. Producing a U-Value of 1.3W/m²K (glass U-Value 1.0W/m²K). Acoustic rating 35dB (-1.-3). Can be used on roofs with pitches between 1-15°. FSC Certified. BBA Approved (02/3944).
