White PVC preSelect Top Hung Pitched Roof Window. Designed for rooms where elevated humidity levels stay for long periods (bathrooms, laundry rooms). The material does not absorb moisture, the window is durable and resistant to corrosion. BBA Approved (02/3944). V35 slide adjustable background ventilation. ‘topSafe’ security and safety offering reinforced hinge and keep together with a steel slat to the lower part of the sash to achieve at least class III safety as per EN13049. With P2 Double Glazing.
External aluminum colour anthracite, reference RAL7022. Internal frame white multichambere u-PVC finish (galvanized steel profiles within chamber to strengthen for fixings.) The Fakro PreSelect windows are a new generation of Top Hung and Centre Pivot windows with two separate sash opening functions: Top Hung and Centre Pivot.
The windows have the handle at the base with 2 micro opening positions. Separate opening functions provide sash stability and increase safety.
The Top Hung opening function enables the sash to be opened in any position from 0 to 35 degrees enabling an easy approach to the edge of the open windows, which increases the usable area and provides unrestricted views to the outside. The Centre Pivot function enables the sash to be rotated through 180 degrees, great for cleaning the outer pane or operating an awning blind.
When the sash is rotated through 180 degrees the outer pane is safe and easy to clean thanks to the sash blocking bolt. Innovative hardware system guarantees only one way of opening and complete stability of the sash in Top Hung as well as in pivot opening mode.
Opening method can be switched using the PreSelect sliding switch positioned in the middle of the frame accessible when the window is open.
Glass construction from outside to inside = 4H-16-4T. The outer pane is a 4mm toughened glass, 15mm warm TGI spacer filled with inert Argon gas, The 6.8mm internal pane is an anti-burglary class of laminate 33.2 (class P2A, EN 356,1(B)1 wg EN 12600), complete with a low emission coating. Producing a UValue of 1.3W/m²K (glass UValue 1.1W/m²K). Acoustic rating 33dB (1.4). Can be used on roofs with pitches between 15 and 90 degrees.
