Velux GPL Triple Glazed Acrylic Coated Top Hung Pitched Roof Window.
Velux top-hung roof windows are the perfect choice for windows within easy reach. Top-hung roof windows are operated by a handle at the bottom and open outwards. They can be opened to any position up to 45 degrees allowing you to take advantage of uninterrupted views and a feeling of extra space. Velux top-hung roof windows also rotate 180 degrees for easy cleaning from the inside. These roof windows are suitable for roof pitches between 15 and 55 degrees when installed with the correct Velux flashing kit..
Outer surface maintenance free aluminum cladding, Umbra Grey color RAL7022. Natural pine construction, impregnated and layers of water-based white acrylic lacquer, RAL 9003.
Inner glass pane 2 x 3 mm laminated float with low coating, Outer glass pane 4 mm toughened with coatings, Middle glass pane 3 mm heat strengthened float with low coating, 2 x 12 mm Cavity, Triple Glass panes, Krypton Gas filling. (Uw=1.0 W/m²K and Ug=0.5 W/m²K). Further thermal improvements such as lower U-value and lower linear heat loss coefficient (φ) can, be obtained for some variants, with frame insulation collar and/or recessed installation.
Alternative internal finish options are available. Choose from white-painted windows, white polyurethane or pine. Also available with manual or automated controls and double or triple glazing for enhanced energy efficiency.

Delivery
DELIVERY OF YOUR NEW WINDOWS
At Roof Window Outlet we want to get your new windows to you as quickly as possible, safely and with a minimum of fuss. Please do call us if you have any questions or concerns. If you have a critical deadline please call first to seek advice and to check if your window is in stock.
Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £420 including vat.
- Delivery Details
We use a variety of transport providers dependent upon how many windows have been ordered, where in the country you are, and which speed of service you would prefer. We ask you to give precise details for the delivery and also two phone numbers so that our partners can contact you to arrange the delivery, so you are inconvenienced as little as possible. Please see below for delivery charges and also target delivery timescales. The target for standard delivery is between three and five working days. This is only possible if the window is in stock at the suppliers. We deliver to uk Mainland addresses only. If you are overseas we can ship to a mainland freight forwarder of your choice. If you order windows from different brand suppliers there will be extra delivery charges to pay, this is unavoidable because we have to pay each supplier separately. We will call you to take an extra payment in this case.
- Express Priority Service
We can offer an Express priority delivery service if you wish, at a cost of £108.00 including vat per consignment.
We can deliver by Express (within one or two working days) as long as your payment reaches us by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your order. Orders paid after 11:00 a.m. on a Friday cannot be delivered until the following Tuesday.

- Standard Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charges depend upon the value of your order.
Orders up to £420.00 including vat will be charged at £48.00 including vat.
Orders over £420.00 including vat will be delivered free of charge.
- Standard Delivery Timescales
Our standard delivery timescales are either 3 working days or 5 working days according to your postcode. These are the target time-frames, please always allow for up to five working days. It is dependant on the window being in stock at the suppliers. Please call if you need to be certain of a delivery by a certain date.
