Fakro FTU-V P5 Z-Wave Electric Triple Glazed White Polyurethane Centre Pivot Pitched Roof Window.

A white polyurethane triple glazed Z-Wave Electric controlled roof window. This is a centre pivot operated window and can provide a great source of natural light.

Glass construction from outside to inside = 4HS-Tg10Kr-4HT-Tg8Kr-33.2T – The outer pane is a 4mm toughened glass with an easy maintenance layer, 10mm warm TGI spacer filled with inert Krypton gas, 4mm centre pane which is toughened with a low emission coating, 8mm warm TGI spacer filled with inert Krypton gas, The 6.8mm internal pane is an anti-burglary class of laminate 33.2 (class P2A, EN 356,1(B)1 wg EN 12600), complete with a low emission coating.

Producing an installed U value of 0.97w/m2k (centre pane value 0.5w/m2k). Acoustic rating 35dB (-2.-4). Full electric control window complete with actuator, rain sensor, position for internal and external accessories (internal and externally accessories sold separately).

All windows come with a remote control as standard which have a wall bracket attachment. Ready to wire in to 230v power supply or a 13amp plug. Window is equipped with the Z-Wave Electric electrical system which is a wireless radio protocol.

The actuator chain can be disconnected which will then allow the sash to be rotated through 180 ° for cleaning the outer pane. When the sash is rotated through 180° the outer pane is safe and easy to clean thanks to the sash blocking bolt.

DELIVERY OF YOUR NEW WINDOWS

At Roof Window Outlet we want to get your new windows to you as quickly as possible, safely and with a minimum of fuss. Please do call us if you have any questions or concerns. If you have a critical deadline please call first to seek advice and to check if your window is in stock.

Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £420 including vat.

  1. Delivery Details

We use a variety of transport providers dependent upon how many windows have been ordered, where in the country you are, and which speed of service you would prefer. We ask you to give precise details for the delivery and also two phone numbers so that our partners can contact you to arrange the delivery, so you are inconvenienced as little as possible. Please see below for delivery charges and also target delivery timescales. The target for standard delivery is between three and five working days. This is only possible if the window is in stock at the suppliers.  We deliver to uk Mainland addresses only. If you are overseas we can ship to a mainland freight forwarder of your choice. If you order windows from different brand suppliers there will be extra delivery charges to pay, this is unavoidable because we have to pay each supplier separately. We will call you to take an extra payment in this case.

  1. Express Priority Service

We can offer an Express priority delivery service if you wish, at a cost of £108.00 including vat per consignment.

We can deliver by Express (within one or two working days) as long as your payment reaches us by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your order. Orders paid after 11:00 a.m. on a Friday cannot be delivered until the following Tuesday.

  1. Standard Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charges depend upon the value of your order.

Orders up to £420.00 including vat will be charged at £48.00 including vat.

Orders over £420.00 including vat will be delivered free of charge.

 

  1. Standard Delivery Timescales

Our standard delivery timescales are either 3 working days or 5 working days according to your postcode. These are the target time-frames, please always allow for up to five working days. It is dependant on the window being in stock at the suppliers. Please call if you need to be certain of a delivery by a certain date.
