A dual function Triple Glazed Top Hung or Centre Pivot pitched roof window with a Conservation exterior. Meet planning requirements in conservation areas. Also for the development of historic buildings. A black central mullion bar is featured on the window. Further black external covers complete the traditional look. External aluminium Black colour reference RAL 9005. Pine wood frame. Internal finish 2 layers of clear lacquer.

Fakro PreSelect windows are a new generation of roof windows with two separate opening functions of the sash: Top Hung and Centre Pivot. Separate opening functions provide sash stability, increased safety and easy cleaning. The Top Hung function enables the sash to be opened in any position from 0 to 35°. This gives easy access to the the open window. Also, this increases the usable area and provides unrestricted views to the outside. The pivot function enables the sash to be rotated through 180 °and is used when cleaning the outer pane or operating an awning blind. Exceptional thermal insulation properties.
Triple Glazed construction from outside to inside = 4HS-Tg10Kr-4HT-Tg8Kr-33.2T – The outer pane is a 4mm toughened glass with an easy maintenance layer, 10mm warm TGI spacer filled with inert Krypton gas, 4mm centre pane which is toughened with a low emission coating, 8mm warm TGI spacer filled with inert krypton gas, The 6.8mm internal pane is an anti-burglary class of laminate 33.2 (class P2A, EN 356,1(B)1 wg EN 12600), complete with a low emission coating. Producing an installed U value of 0.97w/² (centre pane value 0.5w/²). Acoustic rating 35dB (-1.-3). Can be used on roofs with pitches between 15-°. FSC Certified. BBA Approved (02/3944).
