Description

Fakro DSF-D U6 Triple Glazed Smoke Ventilation Flat-Glass Flat Roof Window.

Natural Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilator equipped with 4 x Actuators. Intended for use in residential and commercial buildings. The scissor mechanism opening system raises the sash parallel to the base to a height of 50cm. The sash lifting mechanism is invisible when the window is closed. Allows for light and ventilation.

Equipped with an energy efficient triple glazed DU6 glazing unit. The external glass is 6mm toughened while the internal glass is laminated and anti-burglary P2A Class. Glazing construction from outside: 6H-Tg16Ar-4HT-18Ar-55.2T. The heat transmittance co-efficient for the whole window is U-Value 0.79W/m²K (glass U-Value 0.5W/m²K). (Based on the 120×120 window). Acoustic rating 34Db (-1.-4).

The new DS smoke ventilation windows are constructed using the same multi-chamber PVC profiles as standard Flat-Glass Flat Roof Windows. The frame is mounted on an additional XRD base which constitutes an integral part of the window. The total base height (XRD + frame) is 30cm. The internal finish is RAL9010 White PVC. The step and profiles are in black 9005, the glazing edge colour is gray.

The package also includes: 1 x Control Unit RZN4408K. 1 x Alarm push button / Break Glass RT45 and 1 x Smoke sensor OSD 23. DS windows meet the requirements of EN 12101-2 standard on smoke ventilation inside buildings. Can be used on roofs with pitches between 0-15°.

DELIVERY OF YOUR NEW WINDOWS

At Roof Window Outlet we want to get your new windows to you as quickly as possible, safely and with a minimum of fuss. Please do call us if you have any questions or concerns. If you have a critical deadline please call first to seek advice and to check if your window is in stock.

Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £420 including vat.
 

Delivery Details

We use a variety of transport providers dependent upon how many windows have been ordered, where in the country you are, and which speed of service you would prefer. We ask you to give precise details for the delivery and also two phone numbers so that our partners can contact you to arrange the delivery, so you are inconvenienced as little as possible.

We deliver to uk Mainland addresses only. If you are overseas we can ship to a mainland freight forwarder of your choice. If you order windows from different brand suppliers there will be extra delivery charges to pay, this is unavoidable because we have to pay each supplier separately. We will call you to take an extra payment in this case.

Standard Delivery Charges 

Our standard delivery charges depend upon the value of your order.

Orders up to £420.00 including vat will be charged at £48.00 including vat.

Orders over £420.00 including vat will be delivered free of charge.

Standard Delivery Timescales

The expected delivery timeframe for your windows is given on the product page alongside the size selector and 'Add to basket' button.

These are the expected timeframes given to us by the suppliers. It is dependent on the window being in stock at the suppliers. If there is currently no stock held in the U.K. delivery times may be longer.

Please call if you need to be certain of a delivery by a certain date.
