Fakro EPJ Plain Noninterlocking Tile Recessed Flashing Kit.
Suitable for use with NonInterlocking plain Tiles and Slates up to 16mm deep. The EPJ flashing allows the window to be recessed 30mm into the roof level. With a lower level installation you can conserve heat and reduce noise levels from wind and rain. Use your flashing to maintain a water-tight roof window installation.
The EPV flashing is ideal for heavy tiled roof coverings such as: deep plain tiles, wooden shingles. It can be applied to roof coverings of up to 24 to 32mm thickness (2 x 12mm to 16mm each layer). Apply to individual windows in the slope of the roof. A series of window units may also be combined in horizontal groups.
The EPj flashing installs the window 30mm into the roof. It can be used in a range of installations in roofs with pitches between 25° and 90°.
This flashing is made up of lower, upper and side elements, the dimensions depend on the window size. The profiled side elements of the flashing are laid alternately with the roof covering. Fitting tightly with the tiles they create a water-tight barrier. The first two modular side elements are made from soft sheeting which allows it to flex and fit to the profile of the roof covering. The lower element has a plastic mat glued to the underside, which allows an easy and secure connection to profiled roof covering. The top gutter allows condensation to drain away from the window.

We ask you to give precise details for the delivery and also two phone numbers so that our partners can contact you to arrange the delivery, so you are inconvenienced as little as possible.

We deliver to uk Mainland addresses only. If you are overseas we can ship to a mainland freight forwarder of your choice. If you order windows from different brand suppliers there will be extra delivery charges to pay, this is unavoidable because we have to pay each supplier separately. We will call you to take an extra payment in this case.
Standard Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charges depend upon the value of your order.
Orders up to £420.00 including vat will be charged at £48.00 including vat.
Orders over £420.00 including vat will be delivered free of charge.
Standard Delivery Timescales
The expected delivery timeframe for your windows is given on the product page alongside the size selector and 'Add to basket' button.
These are the expected timeframes given to us by the suppliers. It is dependent on the window being in stock at the suppliers. If there is currently no stock held in the U.K. delivery times may be longer.
